Descripción del Puesto *	To perform analytical rewies and provide full professional in the financial aspects of activities implemented in the field, achieving implementacion result and strategic goals and objectives.Responsible for ensuring that the most critical procedures related to internal controls are applied by contractors and grantees to safeguard the adequate and effective use of funds. Serves as the regional Comtroller's representativo supponting strategic activites and ins empowered to conduct Controller's functions in accodance with the appropriate delegation of authonity. Requirement: Five to seven years of professional responsible experience including private and/or public accounting/finance experience. Working knowledge in an environment of public/private development activities is desirable. Education: A University degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration. Cadidates must write and speak english and Spanish proficiently; this will be tested.
